R-134a is the most widely used medium and low temperature environmental protection refrigerant. Although R134a refrigerant is the most common choice to replace Freon R12 on newly installed refrigeration equipment, R134a and R12 have different physical and chemical properties, theoretical cycle performance and compressor oil. Therefore, for after-sales maintenance of refrigeration equipment initially installed with R12 refrigerant, if it is necessary to add or replace refrigerant, R12 can still be added, R12 cannot be directly replaced by R134a (that is to say, it cannot be replaced by blood exchange).
